LAUTE - Lithuanian Association of University Teachers of English

We aim to showcase the variety and high quality of English studies in Lithuania and to promote it further, both within and beyond the national borders. Our members work in a variety of sub-fields encompassing linguistics, literature and culture, adopting a variety of frameworks and approaches. We also actively engage with the wider community, for example by communicating our research to non-academic audiences and collaborating with schools.

LAUTE is also part of ESSE (English Society for the Study of English), a network of thirty-three national associations providing a range of opportunities for academics: travel grants, awards, and other forms of support.
