Why Join LAUTE?

By becoming a member of LAUTE, you will:

  1. Automatically join ESSE (European Society for the Study of English), a large network of thirty-three national associations, including LAUTE.
  2. Be eligible for a range of support schemes provided by ESSE: grants, book awards, bursaries for research trips, and more (see Research and Support – ESSE for details).
  3. Gain opportunities to showcase your research, build new collaborations, and even propose entire panels on specific topics at ESSE international conferences, held biannually (the next conference will be in Santiago De Compostela 2026).
  4. Join a supportive and vibrant community of Lithuania-based researchers in English Studies, who share their expertise and skills through seminars, events and symposia.
